Request a technical home inspection

A technical inspectoin is recommended when buying or selling a house. Our inspections are carried out in accordance with the NTA 8060 (Dutch Technical Agreement standard regarding the quality of technical inspections of building) and NEN 2767 (a Dutch standard for measuring the quality state of a house). During the inspection, the technical condition of all structural elements are specified.

The inspection provides insights in the structural condition of the property with the main focus on the defects and shortcomings. The report also consists of repair advice as well as an estimation regarding the accompanying costs for the short and long term. Keuringshuis is in possession of the "Expert Approved" certificate provided by VastgoedPro (a Dutch professional association for experts in Real Estate). This way you are assured of expert and high quality inspections. Our technical inspection reports are drawn up in accordance with the guidelines of the NHG (National Mortgage Guarantee) and Stichting WEW (a foundation that guarantees funds). This inspection report is therefore fully fully recognised and accepted by all financial institutuions and moneylenders. In short, it is a complete technical report that might also come in handy during the negotiation process.

Only accredited structural inspectors that meet the quality standards may carry the quality mark “Vakkundig gekeurd”. Keuringshuis carries this quality mark of expert professionals. We are also a member of the sector organization of Structural Inspection Offices (BBI). This organization is committed to professionalizing the sector of structural inspectors, with training, clear reporting (in accordance with the NTA8060) and quality as top priority.
