Thermographic Inspecton

During a Thermographic Inspection we use an advanced thermal imaging camera. This camera will locate temperature differences. Due to these images our inspector can do an analysation and an observation.

Thermography is mostly used in cavity wall insulations, floor heating, moisture issues or energy losses. Through the use of the thermal imaging camera our inspector can observe if there are any heat leaks which will cause energy to fade and result in unnecessary charges. Heat leaks can also cause internal condensation which will result in molding.

In existing contructions thermographical inspections can be used to:

·        Locate rising damp

·        Floor heating

·        Thermal bridges

·        Heatdevelopment

·        Condensation

·        Sealing

·        Isolation leaks

·        Moisture issues

·        Air leaks

·        Etc.

This inspection is also possible on non visual areas. However, there needs to be a difference in temperature in order to execute this inspection.

Results

The results will be processed in a report with pictures, observations and conclusions.
