Walkthrough Inspection (without a report)

It is recommended to carry out a structural inspection when buying or selling a house. You could decide to apply for a Technical Inspection including a report, but it is also possible to apply for a Walkthrough Inspection. You will walk through the house with one of our inspectors while the inspector will share visible shortcomings. This does not include an estimation of costs for the shortcomings and does not include a report of the inspection. If you are interested in a more detailed inspection, we recommend to apply for a Technical Inspection.

·        CV Boiler, combi boiler and/or instantaneous gas water heaters

·        Fire safety

·        Metal and wooden contruction on every floor

·        Glazing, window frames, exterior doors on every floor

The inspector will only inspect the private section of appartments. The common areas which are visible from the apartment will also be inspected.
