Measure Report NEN 2580

Measuring your house means the number of square metres (m2) will be defined according to the NVM and NEN 2580 guidelines. Measurements are done for newly built houses aswell as excisting houses through measurement instructions.

This measurement instruction differs from the multiple floorspaces given below:

·        Floorspace living area

·        Floorspace building-related outdoor area

·        Floorspace external storage area

·        Floorspace other indoor areas

The floorspaces given above, if present, will all be measured separately. The measurements are taken within the walls that separate the area, including load bearing and not load bearing walls.

The report

You will receive the measuring report within 5 working-days per e-mail.

We try to schedule the appointment within 5 working-days. Once the appointment has been made, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail.

Our tariffs are all-in prices (including VAT, travel cost, etc.) including 1 floorplan. If there are multiple levels to the house, there is an extra charge of €30,- per level. We operate in The Netherlands for the tariffs given here.
