Inspection New Buildings
In a
delivery inspection all the executed activities are inspected. In this
inspection we check if all the operations are done according to the
arrangements, if the quality is in order and/or if there are any shortcomings.
During the
inspection our inspector will walk through the entire house with the
constructor. Often our inspectors will find shortcomings which the constructor
will have to fix. After the inspection there will be an official report of
delivery, which states all the shortcomings that need fixing.
Before the
official delivery there is usually a pre-delivery, this is where you get access
to the house and you are able to see it’s progress. It is possible to ask for
our assistance during this pre-delivery, our experience shows that shortcomings
which are found during the pre-delivery usually are fixed before the official
delivery. The result is there are less shortcomings during the official delivery.

The
report
After the
inspection an official report of delivery will be drawn up. This report of
delivery is an official document and has to be signed by the constructor and the
client. After the signing the constructor and client will both receive this
document. If you have any questions regarding this matter, please do not

Keuringshuis
will also draw up a report. This is a shadow report which will include all the shortcomings
mentioned in the official report of delivery. You will receive the report
through an e-mail within 2 working-days. It is also possible to receive the
report in full-color per post.

To apply
for an inspection, please simply fill in the application form and we will
contact you or the Real Estate Agent to schedule an appointment. We strive to carry out the inspection within 4 working days. After the appointment has
been made, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. Although we do hope to
welcome you at the inspection, it is not compulsory to be present during the
inspection.
All prices
